Ashok Gehlot sends third proposal to Governor, seeks assembly session from July 31

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot sent the third Cabinet proposal  to Rajasthan Governor to call the assembly session from july 31. The Rajasthan Cabinet on Tuesday discussed the three point suggestions forwarded by the Governor Kalraj Mishra for calling a state assembly session in the cabinet meet.

The fresh proposal followed Governor’s suggestions to improve the last cabinet proposal by including some essential points. The three point suggestions of the governor includes a 21-day notice before calling the assembly session on a short notice. 

The second suggestion is the video recording of the assembly proceeding and the live streaming of the process of the floor test.
 
Third Suggestion is regarding Floor test. Ensuring social distancing during the session is a important part. The entire process of the floor test should be held in the presence of the principal secretary of the Parliamentary Affairs Department and through “Yes” and “No” buttons only, the Raj Bhavan release said.
