Farmers jammed railway tracks in Jalandhar, police made tight security arrangements

Jalandhar: The rail roko agitation is going on  continuously farmers in Punjab to protest against the three agricultural bills.  The farmers blocked the railway track in Jalandhar today. Police have made tight security arrangements to control the situation. 

Police force, RPF, GRP are deployed and dog squad teams are also checking all the incoming and outgoing goods. In-charge Rupinder Singh of Police Division Number 3 said, "We are also checking parcels and tracks."

It is worth mentioning that the rail roko agitation of farmers will now continue till September 29. The farmers across Punjab, Haryana are protested against the agricultural bills and due to this, the entire Punjab was closed on 25 September.
